Sean David Luc is a sought after public speaker, coach and business leader. His mission is to serve people looking to harness their true potential, increase their earning power and most importantly improving their quality of life. 

Considered a jack-of-all-trades and a master of ‘some’, his past is colored with experience in playing high-level baseball, a 17 year career in healthcare, a stint in the United States Air Force, and finally as an entrepreneur dedicated to paying forward all he’s learned. His wife and fur-daughter, Kayla and Roxy respectively, would say Sean is a fiercely loyal husband and father who thoroughly enjoys his reputation as the life of the party.

He dedicates so much of his success to his mother who fell ill to cancer in 2010-2011. Upon her passing, the company he had worked so diligently to maintain closed and left him in limbo with no source of income or plan. Sean faced financial failure which was an incredibly painful pill to swallow. Thankfully, a few years later he was blessed to be introduced to a man of true integrity that was willing to help him in all areas of my life. 

In June 2014 Sean co-founded The Maven Culture, a leadership development company that helps instill discipline, excellence, generosity and accountability. The Maven Culture serves people- nationally and internationally- through Coaching to become financially literate and integrity centric in all their relationships.

Sean is also the co-founder of The Extraordinary Excellence brand, which all started with an idea, a pack of White Claw and his brother-in-law, Anthony Spark. The Extraordinary Excellence Podcast, which he co-hosts, has quickly become a showcase for thought leaders in a bevy of industries and vocations.Sean loves speaking with people who realize that excellence and success are born from ordinary, everyday decisions when we decide to give it a bit extra.
