At 17, Sean experienced a moment that would alter the entire trajectory of his life. He was thrown from a car going 65 mph after the driver lost control. A split-second that could have ended everything. But somehow, he survived. No broken bones. No permanent damage. Just road rash, soft tissue injuries, and a jarring realization... life is fragile, and every day is a gift.
It was the first of many defining moments that would shape the man he would become.
Sean’s path wasn’t a straight line. He played baseball, served briefly in the U.S. Air Force, and spent seventeen years building a career in healthcare. But it was the harder chapters, the ones that tested him deeply that revealed his true calling.
In 2010, when his mother was diagnosed with cancer, Sean devoted himself to caring for her and holding life together the best he could. After she passed, the business he worked tirelessly to keep afloat collapsed. Overnight, he lost income, stability, and direction. Financial hardship followed, and with it came one of the darkest, most defining seasons of his life.
But crisis has a way of forcing clarity. That season pushed Sean inward; into reflection, growth, and the realization that he wanted more out of himself and for his future.
A few years later, he crossed paths with a group of men who modeled integrity, leadership, and the kind of character he wanted to build. With their mentorship, counseling, honest self-reflection, and the unwavering support of his wife, Sean began rebuilding from the inside out.
That work reshaped everything. His identity, his leadership, his marriage and prepared him for the roles he values most today, being a husband and a father. He credits that season of growth, humility, and consistency for the man he continues becoming.
In 2014, Sean co-founded The Maven Culture, a leadership development company built on discipline, accountability, service, and excellence. Through it, he has helped individuals and families across the U.S. and internationally develop financial literacy, strengthen their leadership, and build lives rooted in values rather than circumstances.
Sean has also helped create brands, communities, and experiences that impact thousands. Over the years, he has:
He also contributed significantly to developing a platform that now helps more than 5,000 business owners grow, scale, and succeed.
At his core, Sean is a husband, father, and leader committed to integrity, service, and growth. He believes excellence isn’t something you achieve once. It’s something built daily through choices, character, and the decision to keep rising, especially when life gets hard.

P.S. - He is one the reasons why my wife and I have the relationship we do today.!
