At 17 years old, Sean had one of his most lifechanging events happen. He was ejected from a car going 65 mph. The driver lost control, and in an instant, Sean’s life could have ended. Miraculously, he walked away without serious injuries. "Just" road rash and soft tissue damage. That night left him with a sobering awareness of how fragile life really is and a deep gratitude for a second chance. It was the first of many defining moments that would shape who he is today.

From there, Sean’s journey unfolded through seasons of triumph and hardship. He played baseball, served briefly in the United States Air Force, and built a 17-year career in healthcare. Yet, it was in the face of loss and starting over that his true calling began to emerge.

When his mother fell ill with cancer in 2010, Sean poured himself into holding everything together. After her passing, the business he had worked so hard to maintain closed, leaving him without income, direction, or stability. Financial failure followed, and with it came one of the hardest seasons of his life. As painful as it was, that chapter forced Sean to reflect, grow, and seek more.

A few years later, he was introduced to a group of men who embodied integrity and leadership. Through their mentorship, along with counseling, self-reflection, and the unwavering support of his wife, Sean began reshaping his life from the inside out. That process not only transformed him as a man and leader but also laid the foundation for his greatest role yet, being a father. Today, he credits that journey of growth and partnership for the husband, father, and leader he has become.

In 2014, Sean co-founded The Maven Culture, a leadership development company built on the values of discipline, excellence, generosity, and accountability. Through it, he helps people nationally and internationally become financially literate and integrity-driven in all aspects of their lives.

Sean has also been at the forefront of creating and co-creating brands, platforms, and experiences that impact thousands. He co-founded The Extraordinary Excellence brand and podcast, helped launch the Punk Rock Run for Mental Health, built Bombs & Bunkers, and organizes Liberty Golf Events. In addition, he played a key role in developing a platform that now helps more than 5,000 business owners grow, scale, and succeed.

At his core, Sean is committed to living with integrity, serving his family, and helping others see that true excellence isn’t found in titles or accolades, it’s built through daily choices, grounded values, and the decision to keep growing.
